Muswellbrook Race Club is located approximately 3 hours drive north of Sydney on the New England Highway in the Upper Hunter amongst the largest group of world-class Thoroughbred Horse Studs in Australia. Wineries and Mining are also significant in the resource-rich shire of Muswellbrook. Beautifully manicured gardens and lovely shaded lawn areas are a feature of Muswellbrook’s facilities. The RN Webber Racing Centre which houses the Silks Restaurant is very popular for Weddings, Birthdays and corporate functions as well as being used for members and sponsors on race days. After many years of conducting the Muswellbrook Cup on Melbourne Cup Day, the local showcase race day now features in late March/Early April each year.
