The Scone Horse Festival is a unique event that takes place in beautiful Scone and the surrounding Upper Hunter Valley each year in May.
The festival includes events that showcase the versatility of the horse and the important role they play in the local area. Enjoy 10 days of everything you can (and can’t) imagine that involves horses… from thoroughbreds to farriers, tent pegging to rodeo and everything in between – world class horse racing and fun (mostly free) events for people of all ages.
